SEASIDE, FL - The Seaside Institute, along with Sundog Books and Central Square Records are pleased to announce that author and respected food consultant Clark Wolf will be on hand to read from his new book, "American Cheeses" on July 9.

The event will be held from 4-6 p.m. in the upstairs room of Sundog Books and Central Square Records. A suggested donation of $10 is requested, with proceeds benefiting The Seaside Institute.
