Stroller Strides

DESTIN - The Destin Commons offers the Stroller Strides program every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9-10 a.m.

The event is in the Destin Commons Parking area outside of Sushi Siam Restaurant. This is a total fitness program that moms can do with babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body training using total exercise tubing and stroller. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great program to suit your needs.
