LETTER: Schools should compete with cardboard

It probably sounds really silly, when I say this, but I would really like to see cardboard boat building competitions between the area schools.

Currently, Destin Middle School has annual cardboard boat races, but I think this exercise in innovation, teamwork and engineering would be good for all the local schools. Plus, it's very interesting and exciting to watch!
