Women’s clothes sale: The National Alliance of Mental Illness Emerald Coast will sponsor a sale of new and gently used women’s clothes from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 26 at the Mental Health Association, 571 Mooney Road in Fort Walton Beach. Festival of the Arts: The 2013 Festival of the Arts, with more than 100 artists, will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 26 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 27 in its new home on the Village Green at the Mattie Cultural Arts Village in Destin. Other packages available. The first hour of each day is reserved for “kids skate,” youth 12 and under.
Pyramid Players: The Pyramid Players will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 2 to present the original musical adventure Beyond the Mist at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center, Northwest Florida State College, 100 College Blvd. The doors open at 6 p.m. for a silent auction and an exhibit of art, archival prints, gifts and handcrafted jewelry.
