NICEVILLE – The Performing Arts Division Honors recital will be held at 3 p.m. April 26 in the Tyler Recital Hall of the music wing at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center at Northwest Florida State College. Lecture series

FORT WALTON BEACH - Baseball historian Scott Brown presents "Baseball in Pensacola" at 6 p.m. April 26 at the Indian Temple Mound Museum, 139 Miracle Strip Parkway SE, as part of the Then and Now Lecture Series. Baseball has become passionately entrenched within citizens and athletes and is the game of Pensacola. Lecture is free; all seats on a first come first serve basis. Doors open 20 minutes before lecture.

Great Mission Kitchen Makeover

DESTIN - Enjoy food, entertainment and the opportunity to bid and win in silent and live auctions to benefit the Waterfront Rescue Mission of Fort Walton Beach/Destin from 5-8 p.m. April 27 at The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center.
