DESTIN – The Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation’s Autumn Concert Series begins at 7 p.m. Sept. 1 with Lava Lamp and hits from the ‘70 at the Dugas Pavilion and expanded Village Green at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village on Commons Drive. The Fountain City Players perform Motown, R&B, Pop, Reggae, and Jazz Sept. 5. Bring a lawn chair, wine and picnic or purchase dinner on-site. Water and Coke products available for purchase. Guitar recital

NICEVILLE - The Northwest Florida State College Fine & Performing Arts Division presents a classical guitar recital featuring Dr. Kevin Manderville of Montgomery, Ala., at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 4 in the Tyler Recital Hall of the Mattie Kelly Arts Center. Manderville has appeared in major cities and festivals throughout North America and Europe. Donations are accepted at the door to support the NWF State College music programs. Call 729-5382.
