Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is the recipient of the prestigious Award of Excellence from Corporate & Incentive Travel magazine. Properties chosen to receive this honor were selected by magazine subscribers who voted for those that best served their corporate meetings and/or incentive travel programs during the past year. All winners for this year's award will be listed in the publication’s November issue and online at themeetingmagazines.com.

"Receiving this award is a great honor and one that we here at the Hilton Sandestin Beach accept graciously,” said Gary Brielmayer, Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa general manager. “I believe it truly reflects our team’s commitment to providing the best possible service to the business groups we host, as well as to our leisure guests and the community we serve.”

As part of a $5 million renovation completed in January 2013, Hilton Sandestin Beach enhanced their more than 32,000 square feet of meeting and boardroom space, as well as made significant upgrades to Seagar’s Prime Steaks & Seafood, Destin’s only AAA Four Diamond-rated restaurant. All meeting space has been redesigned with new lighting, carpet, furniture, wall treatments, and numerous other accents in a fresh, modern beach motif. Meeting planners also enjoy the convenience of new technological capabilities, with a special premium technology package available in the boardroom.

The special amenities and unique offerings of the resort’s meeting space have recently been recognized with numerous awards, including the Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings, the Best of the South from Meetings South, Gold Tee Award from Meetings & Conventions Magazine, one of the world’s Top 125 Golf Resorts and Top 20 Florida Golf Resorts by Conde Nast Traveler magazine, as well as the Greens of Distinction from Corporate & Incentive Travel.
